Dave and Amy are longstanding residents of the Creston Valley and have been bringing us Specialty Vinegars from their farm of 8+ years. Characterized their friendly manner and quality products. They have established themselves for their variety of products including their own fresh fruit and veggies. Apple and Pear Cider Vinegar one of their personal blends. This product is full of flavour and has a mouthwatering taste. Marinate with this product to get that “pop” of flavour in your favourite dish is one of the many ways to use this product. Use a touch of Apple Pear Cider vinegar instead of salt? This can also be an option for meats, poultry, as well as fish products to create a savoury meal.
