Sustainability, Who does that?

Most people are so used to convenience, that they don't connect with the earth anymore. Now I am not a greenie, or am I? Although I have spent many hours thinking of who I am and what my purpose is, i've come to the conclusion that it's not about purpose but contribution to the earth and the people on it. I started a company thinking that this is best for my family that  I can still be available and be there for my kids. Which by the way can be a tall order seeing as I have 5. What did I want them to learn from me? Kindness, contribution and high expectations, but not necessarily money based but live a clean life, take care of the earth, your body and mind. Sustainable lifestyle. I don't mean that they have to sit for hours and meditate but know your limits and know yourself. I think this is also true for a sustainable future, let's recognize that we are not living sustainably. Let's do better, follow the example of our farmers, respect our earth, buy local, eat local, and dirt doesn't hurt, Lol. This is also true for my company, well not the dirt part but I wanted to start a company that was about the people. I wanted my company to support and give back but also making sure that I was giving back, after all, live by example right? My company is about farms and sustainable food. We are about giving stability to every farmer no matter their size. Growing together, admiration for the work they do and giving back to my community. I also wanted to be able to give the cities a chance to get local food. So building this company took a lot of conversations with the farmers. I wanted to represent and the people I wanted to serve so I took the conversations and did my best to build a company based on their needs and expectations, I hope you enjoy my platform, Foray Foodies :)
